Serbian basketball player Nikola Jokić is best known for his association with the NBA team Denver Nuggets. Nicknamed The Joker, he plays as a center. He scripted history as the first center to win the NBA’s MVP Award since Shaquille O’Neal in 2000. He has been named to NBA All-Star 4 times.

Yuzuru Hanyu is a Japanese figure skater. Considered one of the greatest male figure skaters of all time, Hanyu became only the second figure skaters ever to receive two successive Olympic gold medals; he achieved this feat in 2014 and 2018. He also won the 2020 Four Continents Championships, becoming the only male singles skater to accomplish a Super Slam.

English singer, Ella Mai, was one of the contestants on the TV show, The X Factor, in which she auditioned as part of a trio. Even though she didn’t last long on the show, she went ahead to create her own music and became a sensation following the release of her eponymous album that topped the US R&B chart. 

Kristaps Porzingis is a Latvian basketball player who currently plays professional basketball at the National Basketball Association (NBA) where he represents the Dallas Mavericks. Standing at 7’3, Porziņģis is one of the tallest players active in the NBA. Also an important player for his Latvian national team, Kristaps Porzingis won the Latvian Rising Star of the Year award in 2015.

Popular actress Nicola Peltz is known for her perofrmance in movies like The Last Airbender and Transformers: Age of Extinction as well as television series Bates Motel. Zach LaVine is an American basketball player. He currently plays for the Chicago Bulls of the NBA. Nathan Aké is a Dutch football player who plays for the Netherlands national football team and Manchester City. P. V. Sindhu is an Indian badminton player. In 2016, she won the Olympic silver medal in Rio de Janeiro, becoming the first Indian woman to receive an Olympic silver. Sindhu became a national icon following her performance in the 2016 Olympics. In January 2020, she was honored with the Padma Bhushan, India's third-highest civilian award.
