If proven guilty, he could face life imprisonment or even capital punishment. Apart from the double-murder charges, he is a suspect in the 2017 murder of a sheriff's deputy.

Tione Jayden Merritt, better known as Lil Tjay, soared to fame with his Billboard Hot 100-charting tracks Brothers and F.N. He initially gained prominence on SoundCloud. He is also known as the Bronx Justin Bieber. Fans love his signature use of the auto-tune feature in his songs. 

J Balvin is a Colombian singer whose genres include reggaeton, hip hop, and Latin pop. Known as the Prince of Reggaeton, Balvin is one of the highest-selling Latin music artists in the world. He was presented with the Global Icon Award for spreading Latin music worldwide. In 2020, he was named in Time magazine's list of 100 Most Influential People.

A man whose music has been marked by an aggressive style of rapping, 6ix9ine is a figure who is as controversial as he is popular. Making waves in the music scene with his debut album in 2018, the upcoming rapper became involved in a string of sexual offenses and other felonies. Despite his legal issues, he continues to be popular.

Jidenna is a Nigerian-American rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer. Interested in music from an early age, he co-founded the rap group Black Spadez when he was in high school. As a young man, he worked full-time as a teacher before becoming a popular rapper. He is also a founding member of the social club Fear & Fancy.

A multi-talented personality, Jay Park has also been credited with popularizing K-hip hop in South Korea. In 2017, he was featured in Forbes' 30 under 30 Asia list.

Renowned for her punk aesthetic and unique delivery, Nasty achieved popularity in 2018 when she released singles, such as Poppin and Smack a Bitch. Over the years, Rico Nasty has been serving as an inspiration for contemporary artists like ppcocaine and Flo Milli.

BamBam is a Thai rapper and singer based in South Korea. He is popular as a member of the South Korean boy band, Got7. Interested in singing and dancing from a young age, he participated in many talent contests. He trained under JYP Entertainment for a few years before making his professional debut. He also performs as a solo artist.

Fab Morvan is a French singer, rapper, songwriter, model, and dancer. He is best known for his involvement in one of the biggest scandals in the history of pop music; the scandal surfaced when it was found that neither Fab Morvan nor Rob Pilatus, the other half of pop duo Milli Vanilli, had sung on any of the duo's recordings.

Congolese-French hip-hop artist Gandhi Bilel Djuna, better known as Maître Gims, or Gims, soared to fame with the group Sexion d'Assaut and then launched a solo career. Jahking Guillory is an American rapper and actor who has been active in the entertainment industry since the mid-2010s. Beginning his career as a teenager, he played the leading role of Brandon in the film, Kicks. His role in the Netflix series On My Block also earned him much appreciation. Since then, he has appeared in many popular TV shows.
