Zabdiel De Jesus comes from a family of music enthusiasts. The show was created by Simon Cowell and the popular Puerto Rican singer Ricky Martin. Jesus and four other artists, Erick Brian Colón, Christopher Vélez, Joel Pimentel, and Richard Camacho were put together to form a boy band in the show. The band was named CNCO and witnessed remarkable response from the audiences as well as the judges. They went on to win the show as well as a five-year contract from the Sony Music Latin.
