Technoblade Bio

Technoblade began his Youtube journey in 2013. He initially used to play Minecraft spinoff titles such as Blitz Survival Games, Skywars, and Bedwars, and later shifted to Minecraft. His channel gradually expanded over the years as his humor-styled gameplay got popular with his fans.

Technoblade was regarded as one of the finest PvP players of Minecraft and had bested many established players, including Dream, one of the most prominent players of Minecraft on YouTube. In 2019, he participated in Minecraft Mondays hosted by Keemstar. He secured four victories during the event. He had collaborated with many big-time internet personalities, such as PewDiePie, MrBeast, and CaptainSparklez.

In 2017, he received YouTube’s Gold Creator Award after his channel reached 1 million subscribers. In 2020, Technoblade joined DreamSMP, a private multiplayer Minecraft server.

Technoblade, whose real name was Alex, was born on June 1, 1999, in California, USA. He had three younger sisters and one younger brother. Technoblade never officially revealed his face, but in 2017, he revealed his elbow when his channel reached 1 million subscribers.

Technoblade was an atheist and suffered from Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). He loved to play video games and has been making video game-centric videos from an early age. Technoblade had a friendly rivalry with fellow Minecraft player Dream. They both competed against each other on several occasions.

Technoblade died of cancer on 30 June 2022, at the age of 23. He had disclosed that he had cancer in a video uploaded on 28 August 2021. He underwent chemotherapy and radiotherapy but it proved unsuccessful.

On 30 June 2022, his family confirmed his death via a video uploaded on his channel Technoblade. The video titled so long nerds contains a message written by the YouTuber, hour before his death.  The message read out by Technoblade's father said, “Hello everyone, Technoblade here. If you're watching this. I am dead.”
