Noah Reid is a Canadian-American actor, musician and songwriter who is best known for the groundbreaking role of Patrick Brewer in TV series Schitt's Creek. He is a multi-talented actor who has been part of several hit television shows and movies. Before Schitt's Creek, he was known for playing the leading role in Kevin from Work, an ABC television series that lasted only for one season. Noah has also done some amazing theatre work. In fact, he became involved with theatre at the young age of six. His parents, who were visual artists, played a key role in inspiring him to become a successful actor. Today, he is recognized as a multi-talented actor who is also a successful singer and songwriter. He has been nominated for numerous awards and has won several awards, both for his singing and acting.

Noah Reid's official entry into the entertainment world was as a voice over artist. He debuted as the voice of the main character in animated television series, Franklin, from 1997 to 2004.

In 1997, Noah Reid was the voice over artist for Tommy Settergren in animated movie Pippi Longstocking.

Noah Reid has done small voice over roles in several animated series including, Bad Dog (1998-2000), Babar: King of the Elephants (1999), and Tales from the Cryptkeeper (1993-1999). Noah went on to provide voice over to Gunther Breech in TV series Jane and the Dragon (2006).

From 2002 to 2006, Noah starred as Marshall Wheeler in Strange Days at Blake Holsey High, a science fiction television series.

In 2005, Noah Reid was seen in Terry, a television movie about Terry Fox, who ran a cross-Canada marathon on an artificial leg. Shawn Ashmore played the lead role and Noah essayed the role of Darrell, who is Terry's brother and accompanied him on his marathon.

His next major project was in 2007 in a teenage comedy drama series titled, Naturally, Sadie. Noah was seen in the episode titled, As the Whirly Turns.

In 2010, Noah got his first leading role in Score: A Hockey Musical. In 2015, he got to play the lead role in Kevin from Work. However, the show was cancelled after only one season.

In 2016, Noah Reid added a new chapter in his career by debuting an album titled, Songs from a Broken Chair.

He got his biggest break in 2017, when he was given the role of Patrick Brewer in Schitt's Creek. He was part of the show till its final season in 2020. Patrick Brewer is the love interest of David Rose and the next four season of the show was all about their romance. The finale of the show was about their marriage.

In 2019, Noah was awarded the Canadian Screen Award for the Best Supporting Actor for his role in Schitt's Creek.

In 2017, he also appeared in Cardinals, which premiered in Toronto International Film Festival.

Noah Reid is not only a successful television and movie actor, he is also a successful theatre artist. Some of his most memorable performances include, Bartholomew Fair (Stratford Festival-2009), Dead Metaphor (Canadian Rep/Mirvish- 2014), and A Woman is a Secret (Theatre Centre/Sidemart- 2015).

In 2009, Noah was awarded the John Hirsch Award by Stratford Festival.

Noah Reid is also a successful songwriter and singer. In 2016, he was nominated by the Canadian Screen Award under the category of Best Original Song for the movie, People Hold On. His latest album, Gemini, which was released in 2020, has been well received by audiences and critics. The album has featured in three popular Billboard charts.

On the television front, he will be next seen in Outer Range, an Amazon drama series. He will play the role of Billy Tillerson, the youngest sibling of the three brothers. The show focuses on a rancher who lives in Wyoming and is trying his best to save his family and land. In the process he discovers a mystery in Wyoming’s wilderness.
