Tilley owns a website where she posts inspirational blogs about travel, food, fashion, and beauty. She also has a self-titled 'YouTube' channel, where she posts beauty videos, Q&As, and travel vlogs. Tilley is the host of her 'iHeartRadio' podcast, 'Scrubbing in with Becca Tilley,' where she talks about everything regarding dating, relationships, music, and her love of 'Grey’s Anatomy.'

Tilley has an impressive 'Instagram' presence, with over 1.1 million followers. She has around 220K followers on 'Twitter.' Tilley has partnered with brands such as 'Dermalogica,' 'Ponds,' 'McDonald's,' 'Nexxus,' and 'Lay’s.'

In February 2018, Tilley collaborated with 'Lime-A-Rita,' a range of canned margarita, to get some straight talk for an advice column on social media. In 2019, she announced her signature range of apparel, in collaboration with the designer brand 'Bar III,' for the American department store chain 'Macy’s.' Tilley has designed a collection of 'Bar III,' inspired by her personal fashion style and partnering with the creative team of 'Reunited Clothing.' The collection offers a variety of dresses and separates, especially for on-the-go women, featuring bold neon hues, textured fabrics, and evergreen basics. The fall collection, on the other hand, consists of menswear-style pant-suits in feminine silhouettes, featuring animal-print pieces, leather pants, and skirts.

Tilley had never thought of becoming a reality star. One of her best friends from high school, Laura, nominated her to participate in 'The Bachelor.' Tilley’s older sister encouraged her to leave Louisiana when she was just nineteen.

Tilley had a brief relationship with 'The Bachelorette' alum (Desiree Hartsock's season) Robert Graham. He had assisted Tilley in establishing a career soon after she finished with Higgins's season of 'The Bachelor.' He told her a lot about using social media to promote her work. Following this, Tilley moved from San Diego to Los Angeles, where she met her manager.

Tilley eventually began a relationship with Graham but broke up after a few months, in May 2017. They had first spoken about their relationship to the media while attending the 'Jingle Ball 2016' event of '02.7 KIIS FM’ in Los Angeles in December 2016. On September 6, 2017, Tilley opened up about the split at the 'End-of-Summer Bachelor Party.' She cited lack of time as the reason for her break-up with Graham. However, it was an amicable split, and the two are still in touch.

Tilley was once linked to reality star Dean Unglert after the duo’s photos began surfacing on social media. Tilley, however, denied being in a relationship with Dean. Tilley is also friends with JoJo Fletcher, runner-up of the 20th season of 'The Bachelor.'

In May 2022, Becca Tilley confirmed that she is in a relationship with pop singer Hayley Kiyoko.
