Adam LaVorgna is an American actor who is known for playing an important role in the television series ‘Brooklyn Bridge’. He has also acted in multiple movies and independent features over the course of his career spanning nearly thirty years. He has been into acting ever since he was a child. So far, he has acted in fourteen movies and fifteen TV series, with the last one being ‘CSI: Miami,’ in which he was part of the cast in one of the episodes. His last movie got released in 2018. It was titled ‘Madhouse Mecca,’ and he played the role of ‘Benjamin’. He has not been much active of late.

Career
Adam LaVorgna has been appearing on television ever since he was three years old. He first appeared in the series ‘As the World Turns’. He also played the role of a young Frank Sinatra in the mini-series ‘Sinatra’ when he was just ten years old. He essayed the role of a witness to a bank robbery in one of the episodes of ‘Matlock’ in 1995. He then appeared in ‘Degree of Guilt and Blood Brothers: The Joey DiPaolo Story’ and ‘Lifestories: Families in Crisis.’
His most famous character to date is of ‘Nicholas Scamperelli’ in the popular series ‘Brooklyn Bridge’. ‘Nicholas’ was someone who loved betting on horse races and card games. For this portrayal, he received the Best Actor Award at the 1993 Youth in Film Awards.
Soon after, he joined another series, ‘7th Heaven’, where he was a regular playing the role of ‘Robbie Palmer,’ the ex-boyfriend of ‘Mary,’ the female lead of the series. He was excellent as the troubled lover who has to move into the family home. However, he left the show in 2002, citing the reason that he was unable to manage his way around Hollywood. He also missed his family, and soon enough, he returned to the East Coast.
He has acted in a number of movies, such as ‘I’ll Be Home for Christmas’, ‘Milk Money’, ‘Monkey Trouble’, ‘Beautician and the Beast’ and ‘Blast’. He has also appeared in a couple of independent features like ‘Outside Providence’ and ‘The Bumblebee Flies Away’. He was seen in the A&E movie ‘Stealing Chanel’ and the Starz show ‘Power’ as well.

Adam LaVorgna was born on 1st March 1981, to Sandra and Joseph LaVorgna. His mother is a college professor, while his father is an assistant principal in a high school. He has three siblings.
He was born and raised in New Haven in North Branford, Connecticut. He attended high school at Avon Old Farms in Avon, which was considered to be an athletic powerhouse. He later enrolled himself at Boston College.
Though he was raised as a devout Catholic by his grandmother, he claims he distanced himself from religion when he was in his late teens. But his faith returned after some years.
It is believed that he started a relationship with Jessica Biel on the set of ‘I’ll Be Home for Christmas’ in 1998. Three years later they broke up.
He states that he loves visiting his parents and visits them whenever he can. He also participates in a wide variety of sports with his friends.
