Robert Wagner Filmography
Robert Wagner was first seen in World War II film ‘Halls of Montezuma.’ He starred in ‘The Frogmen,’ and ‘Let’s Make It Legal,’ before gaining recognition for his performance in ‘With a Song in My Heart,’ the biographical film where he played the role of a shell-shocked soldier. Some of his other film credits include, ‘What Price Glory,’ ‘The Silver Whip,’ ‘Titanic,’ and ‘Stars and Strips Forever.’ His foremost starring role came with ‘Beneath the 12-Mile Reef,’ that received poor reviews but it was a big hit as it was the third motion picture made in CinemaScope. He starred in another expensive spectacular, ‘Prince Valiant,’ which was though popular but did not earn critical acclaim. For his performance in ‘A Kiss Before Dying,’ Wagner earned critical acclaim. He also starred in ‘The True Story of Jesse James,’ ‘All the Fine Young Cannibals,’ and ‘Between Heaven and Hell,’ which flopped at the box-office. He appeared in ‘In Love and War,’ a World War II drama which was a hit.
