While filming for the next series, she began a relationship with cast member Ricci Guarnaccio. Despite a turbulent on-off relationship, the couple got engaged in 2012, only to be separated in 2013. After her split from Ricci, Vicky went to Australia for a ‘Geordie Shore’ special, and started dating her personal trainer Dan Conn. She dated Dan till she was in Australia. In 2014, Vicky dated ice hockey player James Morgan. However, the relationship ended by the year-end as Vicky feared that her career was suffering. After Vicky’s split from Ricci in 2013, she turned to food to vent her frustration. She gained excess weight and became a size 16 figure. This shook her up emotionally and she embarked on a weight-loss mission. Within a year, Vicky went back to her original size 6 figure! This transition encouraged her to launch her own weight loss and diet plan ‘Mini V.’ She also released a DVD—‘Vicky's 7 Day Slim’ in December 2013.
