Sutan Amrull first got into the drag scene at age 16. In 2005, he joined ‘America's Next Top Model’ as the show’s makeup artist. Then in 2008, he appeared in the short film ‘The Young and Evil’. After this, he participated in the 3rd season of ‘RuPaul's Drag Race’ and was crowned ‘America's Next Drag Superstar’. In May 2011, Amrull released his first ever single titled ‘Diamond Crowned Queen.’

The following year, he released his second single ‘Sublime.’ Then on June 1, 2013, his third single titled ‘Zubi Zubi Zubi’ came out. Soon after this, Amrull started hosting the web series ‘RuPaul's Drag Race Fashion Photo RuView’. In 2015, he got featured in an episode of the web series ‘Hey Qween’ as well as in the documentary ‘TupiniQueens’. The same year, the American artist released his single ‘Cholita.’

In 2016, he appeared on ‘100 Years of Drag Queen Fashion’ on the web and guest-starred on the 100th episode of ‘RuPaul's Drag Race’ (Season 8). The following year, Amrull released his fifth single titled ‘Divine.’ He also got featured as an intergalactic creature in a music video for Blondie's single titled ‘Fun.’ Currently, Amrull is busy with many of his make-up and drag projects.
