Nataliya Kuznetsova is a Russian bodybuilder and world armlifting champion. She is also a world bench press and deadlift champion. Presently, she is the European bench press and deadlift champion as well. She became fascinated with bodybuilding as a young girl and was just 14 when she started working on her dream of becoming a powerlifter. Since then, Kuznetsova has won several championships and has set numerous records. As of 2018, she is also a bodybuilding coach and trains people who want to achieve success in the field. She is an inspiration for many women builders who earlier believed that it was impossible to achieve success in this male-dominated field. On a personal note, Kuznetsova is happily married.   • Kuznetsova decided at the age of 14 that she wanted to become a powerlifter as she was very enthusiastic and passionate about combat sports. To initiate her bodybuilding career, Kuznetsova hit the gym regularly in order to gain weight. She began working out under the guidance of coach Alexei Ivanov and consumed a very strict diet. Within a few years’ time, she became a bodybuilder and started participating in competitions.
  • Till date, Kuznetsova has won several championships and has set numerous records. She was the 2014 Champion at the Cup of Eurasia in Vologda, Russia, and the 2015 Champion at the Cup Eastern Europe (GPA). She also holds many records in powerlifting, bench press NAP, and deadlift.
  • As of 2018, the Russian bodybuilder is serving as a bodybuilding coach. She has been inspiring several people, especially women, through her dedication, passion, and commitment. Kuznetsova has received numerous sponsorships from sports nutrition brands such as Genopharm, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, and RPS, to name a few. She also endorses Do4a.com, a company that promotes growth hormones from diethylstilbestrol.

  • Kuznetsova is very open about her anabolic steroid usage. She also takes estrogen blockers as per media sources. The bodybuilder has admitted to taking 20 mg of oxandrolone during her training days as well as 150-200 mg of Primobolan or propionate before her competitions.
