While she started posting in 2017, the oldest video on her channel is the 2018 video titled “A Million Dreams • The Greatest Showman.” Mika Salamanca entertains her viewers with a diverse range of content, including vlogs, Q&As, challenge videos, pranks, song covers, and reaction videos. The most-watched video on her channel is titled “BUYING EACH OTHER’S OUTFIT (Ft. Zeinab Harake).” Outside YouTube, Mika Salamanca has also grown widely famous on platforms such as Twitter and Instagram, and her popularity rivals that of big-time celebrities.

In July 2020, it was reported that Mika Salamanca was detained by the authorities for breaking the self-quarantine regulation in Hawaii. According to reports, Mika arrived in Hawaii on July 6 and immediately went out to dine and party with her friends. Many of the witnesses even provided videos that showed Mika moving around in the open. Mika later posted a video where she apologized for her reckless behavior and also revealed that she was not actually arrested by the authorities.
