Lauren Alexis initially started out on Youtube in June 2016 when she created her first channel, Lauren Alexis Vlogs. However, she soon shifted to her new channel (Lauren Alexis) which she launched in March 2017. Her first video was titled “THIS NEEDS TO BE DISCUSSED ... ? | Lauren Alexis.” She gained notoriety for outfitting her content, which mostly consists of vlogs, hauls, and challenge videos, in rather erotic and explicitly suggestive themes. The most-watched video on her channel is titled “NAUGHTY SPIN THE WHEEL CHALLENGE “HOT” | Lauren Alexis.” In November 2017, she created her second channel under the name Lauren Alexis Reacts. True to the name, the channel is focused on reaction videos and content. However, she has not posted any new content on this channel since September 2020.

Lauren Alexis created the channel, Lauren Alexis ASMR, in August 2019 where she posts ASMR content. She went on to create her third Youtube channel, Lauren Alexis TV, in November 2021, which is dedicated to date scenarios and challenge videos.

Lauren Alexis was born on March 5, 1999, in Essex, England but she later relocated to London. She has 2 siblings; a brother and a sister. She has talked about her mother in some of her videos. Lauren’s zodiac sign is Pisces.
