Langston Fishburne is an American actor and ballet dancer, best known for his appearances in films such as ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp’ and ‘Romeo and Juliet in Harlem.’ He is the son of popular American actor Laurence Fishburne. Being born to an actor father and a casting director mother had a strong impact on Langston as a child. He developed an interest in the same field. He completed his high-school graduation in New York and attended ‘Boston University’ for further studies. Additionally, he also trained in ballet. He made his acting debut in 2011, appearing as ‘Henry’ in the TV film titled ‘Have a Little Faith.’ He then appeared in a supporting role in the series titled ‘Vanessa & Jan.’ Over the course of his short career, he has appeared in films such as ‘Romeo and Juliet in Harlem’ and ‘The Dunning Man.’ He also appeared in many short films, such as ‘The Neverlands,’ ‘Tiny Ocean,’ and ‘Roger.’ However, he is best known for appearing as a young ‘Bill Foster’ in the 2018 superhero film ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp.’ The older ‘Bill Foster’ was played by his father, Laurence.

Childhood & Early Life
Langston Fishburne was born on December 14, 1987, in Brooklyn, New York, US, to Lawrence Fishburne and Hajna O Moss. Langston was the elder child of her parents and had a younger sister named Montana, who was born 4 years later.
Laurence Fishburne is a popular actor, and his wife, Hajna, has also earned acclaim as an actor and a casting director. It was natural for Langston to drift toward the entertainment industry, as both his parents were active in Hollywood.
Langston was raised in New York and spent most of his time with his mother, as by 1990, his parents had divorced. Laurence began dating Victoria Dillard, while Langston stayed back with his mother and attended a school in New York.
Apart from acting, Langston also grew up fascinated by other performing arts, such as dance. He attended ballet classes as a teenager. Following his high-school graduation, he enrolled at the ‘Boston University’ for further studies. By the late 2000s, however, he had already started his acting career.

Career
Langston made his TV debut in 2008, with a small role of a ballet dancer in an episode of the series ‘Made,’ titled ‘Vanessa.’
In 2011, he made his full-fledged acting debut when he appeared as younger ‘Henry’ in the TV film ‘Have a Little Faith.’ His father, too, was in the film, playing the older ‘Henry Covington.’
In 2012, he got the first big break of his career, when he earned the role of ‘Malcolm’ in four episodes of the web series ‘Vanessa & Jan.’
The year 2015 had him playing ‘Khalil,’ the first lead role of his career, in the Luke Jaden-directed short film titled ‘The Neverlands.’ The film was critically acclaimed but did not receive much attention.
In 2016, he appeared in a guest role in the series ‘Family Time.’ He played ‘Mr. Hobson’ in one of its episodes, ‘Daddie Donnie.’
In 2017, Lanston received a big break when he was cast as ‘Tybalt’ in the film ‘Romeo and Juliet in Harlem.’ He played one of the villains and ‘Romeo’s rival in the film. The movie was a critical success but did not receive enough attention. However, the film, which was a retelling of the classic William Shakespeare play ‘Romeo and Juliet,’ was praised for its all-black cast.
The same year, he appeared in the supporting role of ‘Jerrod’ in the independent film titled ‘The Dunning Man.’ The film received universal acclaim at many national/international film festivals but failed in securing a wide mainstream release.
In 2018, Langston appeared as ‘Lee Brooks,’ one of the key roles, in the short film titled ‘Bounce.’ The same year, he also appeared in a small role of a security officer in the series ‘NCIS: New Orleans.’
In 2018, he appeared in one of the key roles in the TV film ‘Tantalum.’ The same year, he appeared in one of the biggest films of the year, ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp.’
In the ‘Marvel Cinematic Universe,’ Langston’s father, Laurence, plays ‘Bill.’ In ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp,’ Langston was hired to play the role of a young ‘Bill.’ The film was a huge success and remains the biggest film of Langston’s career yet.
In 2018, he appeared in one of the lead roles in the independent film ‘Assassin Behind the Glass’ and then appeared in a guest role (as a federal agent) in the TV series ‘Claws.’
Langston has also appeared in short films such as ‘Roger,’ ‘Tiny Ocean,’ and ‘Exorcist Academy.’ He worked as an associate producer for the short film ‘Roger.’
Family & Personal Life
Despite being the son of a huge American star, Langston created his career on his own.
His younger sister, Montana Fishburne, recently appeared in a sex tape, which caused some media uproar. Langston refused to comment on the issue.
Langston is a private person and has not shared much about his personal life on any public platform.
