Juliet Simms, born as Juliet Nicole Simms, is an American singer-songwriter and model. She is best recognized as the former front woman of the rock band Automatic Loveletter. With the band, she is known for releasing the full-length albums titled 'Truth or Dare' and ‘Kids Will Take Their Monsters On' and the EPs 'Recover’ and ‘Automatic Loveletter EP'. Simms has also contributed to several songs as a solo artist. The singles she has recorded till date include "Wild Child", "Just Breathe", "So Wrong, It's Right", "A Twist in My Story", "Hear Me Now", "Taking One for the Team" and "The Shadow Side". Career
Juliet Simms began her music career at the age of 14 as a songwriter. She made her major debut in song writing when she started writing for her band ‘Automatic Loveletter’ in 2007. She also became the front woman of the band and helped release two albums and two EPs before their disbandment in late 2011. On June 22, 2010, Automatic Loveletter released its debut studio album titled ‘Truth or Dare’ which was followed by another album titled ‘The Kids Will Take Their Monsters On’ in 2011. The two EPs that were released by the band are ‘Recover’ (2007) and ‘Automatic Loveletter EP’ (2009).
In 2012, the singer cum songwriter participated as a contestant in the 2nd season of the reality singing competition ‘The Voice’. After finishing the show at the second place, Simms signed a deal with Cee Lo Green and released her debut single titled ‘"Wild Child" the same year. On January 27, 2015, she came out with her "All or Nothing" EP. A year later, the American singer released her second EP titled ‘From the Grave’.
On July 14, 2017, Juliet Simms was featured in the compilation series ‘Punk Goes Pop’ alongside her husband. The couple performed a duet cover of Adele's popular track ‘When We Were Young’.
