Jenna Valenzuela is an American dancer who trains at Club Dance Studio in Mesa, Arizona and is part of its Pre-Professional team. She auditioned for the NBC reality television series 'America's Got Talent' twice. The first time she auditioned for the eighth season of the show in 2013 as a member of the dance troupe named 'Fresh Faces' along with her Club Dance peers Jaycee Wilkins, Dylynn Jones, Brynn Rumfallo and Bostyn Brown, and reached the quarterfinals before being eliminated. The very next season, she auditioned as part of an acrobalance act named 'Complexity', which unfortunately failed to go past the audition. However, the video of the audition routine is available online. She dreams of becoming a choreographer on 'So You Think You Can Dance' when she grows up. She has an impressive following on her Instagram account. She has an YouTube channel in which she posts videos of her performances, as well as the 'Healthy Eating with JV' series, but the channel is currently inactive for over a year.

Rise to Stardom
When Jenna Valenzuela was three years old, she watched 'The Nutcracker', a two-act ballet, with her mother. She instantaneously fell in love with the character of Clara and wanted to be like her, to which her mother responded that she might be able to get to play her if she learns dancing and practices really hard. She got enrolled into a dance course the very next week. She has been dancing ever since and began dancing competitively when she was eight years old. She later entered the Club Dance Studio in Mesa, Arizona and as part of the 'Fresh Faces' group, participated in the reality competition show 'America's Got Talent' at the age of 10. She earned fame on the show for reaching the quarterfinals of the Live Rounds. She later auditioned a second time for 'America's Got Talent' in the next season and has participated in numerous dance conventions over the years, winning a host of awards and honors.

Awards & Titles
Jenna Valenzuela earned the 'Mini Female Best Dancer’ award at 'The Dance Awards' in 2013, finishing in the Top 20, and the following year won the award again and was able to climb to Top 11. In 2015, she was in the Top 13 of the 'Junior Female Best Dancer' honor and followed it up with a Top 20 spot the following year in the same category.
The other titles and honors she achieved include 'Miss Petite Dance' at 'KAR Dance Competition' in Phoenix, Arizona with 'It's A Small World' in 2011; 'Mini Female VIP' at the 'JUMP Dance Convention' in Phoenix, Arizona in 2012; 'Miss Showbiz' at 'Showbiz Nationals' in Las Vegas with Shake & Shimmy in 2013; 'Jr. Miss BravO!' at 'BravO! Regionals' in Phoenix, Arizona in 2013; 'Mini Female Non-Stop Dancer' at the '24 Seven Dance Convention' in Salt Lake City, Utah in 2014; 'Mini Female Breakout Artist' at the 'NUVO Dance Convention' in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 2014; and 'Mini Female Breakout Artist' at the 'NUVO Dance Convention' in Long Beach, South California in 2016. Recently, she became the 3rd overall teen soloist at the '24 Seven Dance Convention' in Reno, Nevada in November 2017.
Personal Life
Jenna Valenzuela was born on January 14, 2003 in Arizona, USA, to April and Michael Valenzuela. She is the eldest of six children of her parents and has three younger brothers and two younger sisters. She began dancing at the age of three. She vividly remembers her first ever solo performance to the song 'Barbie Girl' in an extremely pink and sparkly costume. While she is well-versed in all dance styles, if asked to choose one, ballet dance would be her pick. She can speak Spanish, even though she is not fluent in that language. Apart from dancing, her other interests include playing chess and the piano. Her social media accounts are handled by her mother.
