Elisabeth Rohm made her debut on TV in 1998 with an appearance in the TV series ‘Fantasy Island’. In the same year, she also appeared in the TV movie ‘The Invisible Man’. In 1999, she appeared in guest roles for the TV series ‘The ‘60s’ and ‘Turks.’ She was also cast in a recurring role in the miniseries ‘Eureka Street’; later, she played the role of Detective Kate Lockley in the action drama ‘Angel’ from 1999 to 2001. In the meantime, she also starred in the TV drama ‘Bull’ and appeared in its 20 episodes from 2000 to 2001. In 2001, she received her breakthrough after being cast as Serena Southerlyn in the popular adventure series ‘Law & Order’. Elisabeth Rohm played this role for 85 episodes from 2001 to 2005. When her role with ‘Law & Order’ ended, Rohm was offered a string of movies. In 2015, she was seen in the TV movies ‘Reluctant Nanny’ and ‘‘Guilt by Association’ and the feature film ‘Rivers 9’. A similar trend continued for Rohm in 2016. She began the year with a recurring role in the drama sci-fi ‘The Last Ship’ for 13 episodes and later featured in TV movies ‘Revenge Porn’ and ‘Seduced’, drama film ‘Love is All You Need’ and TV series ‘Hawaii Five-0’. Elisabeth Röhm was born on April 28, 1973 in Dusseldorf, Germany to Eberhard Rohm and Lisa Loverde. Her father was a German entrepreneur in New York, while her mother was an American scriptwriter. She was raised in New York. She studied at St. Andrew’s-Sewanee School in Tennessee and later graduated with a degree in writing and European history from Sarah Lawrence College. She trained and competed as a professional equestrian until an accident stopped her career in 2005.

Rohm was engaged to the director Austin Smithard during early 2000s. However, the couple split up. She was next associated with the MSNBC reporter Dan Abrams from 2003 to 2005 and rumors suggested they were engaged. However, their relationship ended in early 2005. She started dating Ron Anthony Wooster, an entrepreneur, in 2005 and they eventually married in 2008. The couple has a daughter: Easton August Anthony. After six years of marriage, the couple ended their relationship with a divorce in October 2014. Currently, Rohm is in a relationship with Jonathan Colby, a judge. The duo announced their engagement in January 2019.
