Elisabeth was associated with the Montreal-based model-management company 'Dulcedo.' However, she is not associated with it anymore. Elisabeth launched her 'YouTube' channel on November 19, 2013. The first video she posted on the channel was a travel vlog documenting her first trip to Croatia. The content on Elisabeth’s self-titled channel includes vlogs, Q&As, travel diaries, storytimes, and a couple of challenge videos. She introduced her present boyfriend in one of her vlogs, which currently has over a million views. Elisabeth has more than 255,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel. Elisabeth’s Instagram page is packed with her jaw-dropping pictures that showcase her well-toned body and her love for beach wear. As an 'Instagram' model, she has earned around 1.3 million followers on the platform.

Elisabeth ventured into entrepreneurship while she was in business school. She owns a swimsuit line named 'Hoaka Swimwear.' Elisabeth conceived the idea to launch her clothing line when she was studying marketing. To put her theoretical knowledge to practice, she decided to turn her love for fashion into a business. Through 'Hoaka,' Elisabeth offers a wide range of beachwear and swimwear for women of all shapes and sizes. Clearly, body positivity is the original inspiration for the venture. Similarly, Elisabeth’s personal experience of bikini shopping helped her design the range. She noticed there was a lack of a suitable collection of swimwear that was stylish yet comfortable. 'Hoaka' swimsuits are primarily made of neoprene, which is a form of wearable rubber material. It is flexible and retains the warmth of the body.

After working for about a year on designing her swimwear collection, she launched it in 2016. Initially, the brand was known only to Quebec citizens. Elisabeth created an 'Instagram' page for promoting 'Hoaka', and it worked. Elisabeth would initially post the pictures of her fans wearing 'Hoaka' swimwear, which not only promoted the brand but also earned her a lot of goodwill. She uses her social-media platforms to know people’s opinions about the quality of her products. While Elisabeth looks after the creative aspects of 'Hoaka,' her father and sister both manage the brand. Fashion YouTubers such as Katelyn Fitch and Sydney Joz have featured 'Hoaka' in their haul videos.

Elisabeth co-owns an underwear line, too, named 'BAMBOO UNDERWEAR.' She started the company along with three other young entrepreneurs, namely, Jules Marcoux, Philippe Ouellet-Thivierge, and Mathieu Landry-Girouard, in Québec. On December 18, 2018, Elisabeth launched the pop-up store of the brand. 'Bamboo Underwear' is currently available in over 40 countries via its online store.

Elisabeth and her former boyfriend, social-media influencer Jay Alvarrez, did a photo shoot in Los Angeles to promote the 'Bamboo Underwear' collection for couples. The shoot was impulsively decided while the two were on a trip to California. The campaign was directed by world-class photographer Jasper Suyk, who has worked with brands such as 'Harley Davidson' and celebrities such as Ne-Yo.

Elisabeth never shies away from sharing stories of her embarrassing moments with the public, which models usually prefer to keep private. She owns a ‘Finsta’ page, where she posts funny faces, unfiltered no-makeup looks, and several such pictures through which she promotes self-love.

Elisabeth Rioux has a sister, Chloe Rioux, who is a well-known Instagram personality. Elisabeth has previously been in relationships with Jay Alvarrez and model Jonathan Germain. She and Bryan McCormick welcomed a daughter, Wolfie, in July 2020. The couple later separated that same year. In July 2025, she began dating Mason Sarkissian.
