Career

Christina Cimorelli and her sisters created their family pop group Cimorelli in 2007. They recorded covers of various hit songs and shared them to YouTube. Then in 2008, they came up their first EP featuring the songs "On the Radio", "Singing My Song", "Everything Has Changed", "Do You Know” and "Hello There", each one of which was written by Christina. Eventually, Christina and her girls signed a deal with Universal and released their EP titled ‘CimFam’ in December 2011.

In May 2012, they won a contest called "The Bieber-Off” where they performed on Justin Bieber's "Boyfriend". That year, the group also released their EP “Believe It” which spawned the singles "Believe It", "Wings", "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" and "You Got Me Good".

The following year, Christina and her sisters launched their fourth EP titled "Made in America". It featured four original tracks, namely, "Made in America", The Way We Live", "Whatcha Think About Us" and a studio version of their single "Wings". The album was a hit and debuted at #179 on the Billboard 200 chart.

In June 2014, the girls launched their web series "Summer with Cimorelli". After this, they released three singles from their new EP/album ‘What I Do,’ namely “Everything You Have", "What I Do" and "Come Over". Their fifth EP ‘Renegade’ was released on October 27, 2014. In November, they came up with a Christmas EP titled ‘Christmas Magic’.

Around May 2015, Christina and her family group released a mixtape titled ‘Hearts on Fire’ which featured nine free songs, all of which were acoustically produced. On May 17, 2016, they released their debut album ‘Up at Night’. The album featured several tracks including “Up at Night”, “I Like It”, “Make It Stronger”, “I'm a Mess” and “Hearts on Fire”. It debuted at # 24 on Top Country Albums chart. The group launched their second full-length album titled ‘Alive’ in December that year.

Their third album, titled ‘Sad Girls Club,’ was released on October 27, 2017. The album is the first, and till date the only, album that features a solo song by each Cimorelli sister. Their fourth studio album ‘I Love You or Whatever’ was released in the summer of 2018.

Christina Cimorelli was born on August 12, 1990 in California, USA to Mike Cimorelli Sr., a commercial builder and Lynne Cimorelli. She has five sisters, namely, Amy, Dani, Katherine, Lisa and Lauren. She also has five brothers: Alex, Nick, Christian, Joey and Mike Cimorelli Jr.

Talking about her love life, Christina began dating construction worker Nick Reali in late 2009. Reali proposed to her eight years later. The two got married on October 6, 2018.
