








Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore is an Indian politician, retired Indian Army officer, and former shooting athlete. He is best known for winning the silver medal in the men's double trap competition at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens. Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore is the recipient of prestigious sporting honors such as the Arjuna Award and Major Dhyan Chand Khel Ratna Award.



















Best known for his bronze medal win at the 2012 London Olympics, Gagan Narang is a popular Indian sport shooter. Born to an Air India manager, he was drawn to shooting after receiving an air pistol as a gift from his father. He has also won a Padma Shri for his achievements.



British-Belizean political activist and diplomat Andy Wigmore has been termed by the British media as the BREXIT badboy for his anti-EU campaign. A skilled trap shooter, he has also previously represented Belize in the Commonwealth Games. He once broke COVID quarantine rules in Switzerland and bragged about it.





Sport shooter Vijay Kumar is best known for his silver medal win at the 2012 London Olympics and his five Commonwealth gold medals. The Padma Shri awardee is the son of an Indian Army subedar from Himachal and had taken up shooting after being drawn to his father’s guns in childhood.


Initially a businessman, who redefined the confectionery and chocolate industry of Finland and led to the development of the innovative chocolate brand Fazer Blue, Karl Fazer was also a talented sport shooter. He was part of the Finnish shooting team at the 1912 Olympic games. He also established several natural parks.



Lillian Smith was a trick rider and trick shooter who became part of the popular Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show when she was just 15 years old. Dubbed the champion California huntress, Smith was Annie Oakley's arch-rival in the show. During her illustrious career, Smith also performed in other shows like the Miller Brothers 101 Ranch Wild West Show.

Anjali Bhagwat is an Indian sport shooter who won four gold medals at the 2002 Commonwealth Games. A former world number one in 10-meter air rifle, Bhagwat has participated in three successive Olympics. In the 2003 Afro-Asian Games, she became the first Indian female shooter to win a silver and gold medal in the Air Rifle and Sports-3P events respectively.


Anna Korakaki is a Greek competitive shooter best known for winning the gold medal in the women's 25m pistol category and the bronze medal in the 10m air pistol category at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro; she became the first Greek female to win two medals in the same Olympics. Anna Korakaki was also the 2018 World Champion.






Born in Romania, Kehat Shorr survived the Holocaust. Apart from working for Israel’s defense ministry, he was an Olympic shooting coach for his country. He was taken hostage during the Munich massacre and was one of the 11 people of the Israeli Olympic team who lost their lives in the incident.
