Seraina Schönenberger was born Seraina Fai Schönenberger on October 4, 1984, in Zürich, Switzerland. After completing her education, Schönenberger developed interest in fashion and modeling. She started posing for several local magazines. She then landed an opportunity to compete for the prestigious ‘Miss Zürich’ title. Her participation in the renowned competition increased her popularity, which, in turn, landed her more modeling opportunities. Schönenberger has modeled for famous Swiss brands and magazines. She is also popular on social media platforms, such as Twitter and Instagram where she has hundreds of followers.

Seraina Schönenberger met Mick Mars in June 2007, when the former attended a concert by the famous American rock band 'Mötley Crüe.' Being a huge 'Mötley Crüe' fan, Schönenberger went to the concert along with her friends. She was fortunate enough to talk to the rock band’s lead guitarist Mick Mars who took interest in her. Schönenberger and Mars started dating and eventually the Swiss model fell in love with Mars. In one of her interviews, Schönenberger said that she is totally in love with the guitarist who is 33 years older than her. He first married Sharon Deal in 1970 before divorcing her in 1973. In 1990, he married Emi Canyn who was part of his rock band ‘Mötley Crüe.’ In 1993, he filed for divorce, accusing Emi Canyn of deceiving him.

Like her famous husband, Seraina Schönenberger is also an atheist. She often travels with Mick Mars’ rock band, ‘Mötley Crüe.’ From July to August 2008, she was seen alongside the crew members of the popular band when they traveled for their summer tour 'Crue Fest.' She can also be seen in one of the band’s video songs titled ‘Saints of Los Angeles.’ Seraina Schönenberger moved from Zürich, Switzerland, to the United States of America after marrying Mick Mars.
