Roshon Bernard Fegan, famously known as Roshon, is an American actor, rapper, songwriter and dancer. Son of another famous Hollywood TV actor and producer Roy Fegan, Roshon was always interested in making a career in acting. To work on his acting skills, he joined BK Acting Studio and the USC 32nd Street Performing Arts School at a very early age. He started his career with a very small role in the movie ‘Spiderman-2’ and caught audience’s attention with his stint as Sander Loyer in the Disney movie franchise ‘Camp Rock’ and as Ty Blue in a Disney channel sitcom ‘Shake it up’. Apart from acting, Roshon is also an enthusiastic dancer and musician. He was a participant in the reality television show, ‘Dancing with the Stars’ and has released a number of his own songs through iTunes. He is a fan of old school music like Jazz, Soul and R&B and believes that his personal brand of music is inspired by them. He has his own Entertainment label, ‘3inaRo Entertainment’, through which he plans to release music albums featuring him dancing and rapping to his songs. Currently he has a recurring role on OWN network’s ‘Greenleaf’ which is a show produced by Oprah Winfrey.
Childhood & Early Life
Roshon was born on 6 October 1991 in Los Angeles, California, as the only son of Cion and Roy Fegan. His father is of Afro-American origin and is a famous TV star His television credits include shows like ‘The Shield’, ‘Married…. with children’, ‘Will & Grace’ etc. His mother is of Filipino origin.
Roshon was raised in Los Angeles and attended Tom Bradley Elementary and Hollywood High School before leaving to be home-schooled to make time for his acting career.
He is a trained actor and attended BK Acting Studio and the USC 32nd Street Performing Arts School to hone his acting skills before making a debut in Hollywood.

Roshon started his career by playing minor cameo role in the famous 2004 movie ‘Spiderman-2’. He played the role of an amazed kid in the movie. Subsequently, he made his small screen debut by playing another cameo role for the TV series ‘Monk’, in 2006.
Roshon continued doing small roles in movies like ‘Baby (2007)’ and ‘Drillbit Taylor (2008)’. Roshon released his first single “I AM” in 2011 on iTunes, this was his first attempt at launching his career as a solo musician. Before this he had already contributed to the soundtrack of the first ‘Camp Rock’ movie. Subsequently, he continued releasing multiple singles on iTunes and composed the “Afterparty” song for his show ‘Shake it up’
In 2012, he released his self-produced album ‘EP I AM RO SHON’ under his own label ‘3inaRo Entertainment’ on iTunes. The album featured songs like, “Got Me Like” and “Top of the World”.
In 2014, Roshon featured in Peter Hewitt’s horror comedy fantasy movie, ‘Mostly Ghostly: Have You Met My Ghoulfriend?’. Movie was based on R.L. Stine’s novel of the same name and was released on DVD and Disney channel.
In 2016, Roshon featured in Oprah Winfrey Network’s new family drama ‘Greenleaf’ as Isaiah Hambrick. He is a member of recurring cast for the show and plays the role of a rising young Christian singing bad boy who is abusive to his girlfriend, both verbally and physically.
Personal Life & Legacy
Roshon Fegan’s first girlfriend was Anna Maria Perez de Tagle, his co-star from the movie ‘Camp Rock’. They were in a relationship from 2008 to 2009.
He next dated Chelsie Hightower, his co-dancer from ‘Dancing with the Stars’. They began dating in 2012 and this relationship also lasted a year.
Roshon’s next girlfriend was Caroline Sunshine, who was also his co-star in the Disney channel sitcom, ‘Shake it up’. They dated briefly during 2013.
Roshon also dated model Camia Marie from 2014 to 2017 and currently is in relationship with Dytto, an American dancer.
