Roblox Locus is a Roblox gamer and social media personality. He has gained popularity through his ‘Locus’ YouTube channel, on which he has accumulated over four hundred thousand subscribers to date. Besides his main channel, he has two other accounts on the platform, ‘Locus Vlogs’ and ‘Locus – Fortnite.’ Little is known about his personal life and family. He set up his main YouTube channel in June 2016 and started posting content on the very day. Over the course of the following years, Locus has established himself as one of the leading Roblox gamers on the platform. However, his excessive misleading content and clickbait video titles and thumbnails have drawn criticism from other members of the community.
Rise to Fame
Roblox Locus set up his primary YouTube channel on June 4, 2016. He uploaded the first video, titled ‘Roblox Lumber Tycoon 2 Base Tour Part 1’, on the same day. In the ensuing months, he posted videos on a regular basis, gradually accumulating a large group of audience for his content. On October 19, 2016, he posted a video titled ‘ROBLOX Prison Life v2.0 How to Escape All the Ways!’, which became the first of his videos to receive a million views. Some of his other popular uploads are ‘Secret Tunnel Found in Jailbreak!’ (uploaded on March 4, 2018), ‘Roblox Prison Life V2.0 Locus as the Swat!’ (uploaded on October 31, 2016), ‘New Gun in Jailbreak! (+ Jewelery Store Robbery) Roblox’ (uploaded on June 26, 2017), and ‘New ‘Secret’ Room Found in the Museum Jailbreak!?’ (uploaded on June 28, 2018). As of 2019, he has garnered more than 400 hundred thousand subscribers and over 80 million views in total on the channel.
Locus created his vlog channel, ‘Locus Vlogs,’ on June 2, 2017, and promised that he would start posting content on it if it accumulated over ten thousand subscribers. However, even after reaching the mark, he did not upload anything there for a long while, prompting many people to speculate that he had done that simply to get free subscribers. On March 16, 2019, he uploaded the first vlog on the channel, titled ‘The Scariest Night of Our Lives! (Ghost Road)’.
As the name suggests, he uses his third channel, ‘Locus – Fortnite,’ for Fortnite-related content. On it, he has tens of thousands of subscribers. Locus also has a Twitter account, on which he posts updates on a regular basis.
