Philip Winchester is an American actor known for his work in the TV show ‘Law & Order: Special Victims Unit’ and the films ‘Thunderbirds’ and ‘Undrafted’. He was born in Belgrade, Montana. He became interested in acting at a young age and played a small role in a film that was filmed in his hometown when he was a teenager. After completing his schooling, he began to appear in plays. He then studied at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art to hone his acting skills. He began his professional career as a stage actor and appeared in several Shakespearean plays.
