Rise to Stardom
After moving to Annapolis, Maryland in the summer of 2014 to participate in 1st Class Gymnastics, Peanut became close friends with Amanda Trieschman, a fellow gymnast from there. They created a joint YouTube channel named 'Peanut and Amanda's Life' and uploaded the first video, 'All about us!', on January 27, 2015. They continued to post vlogs, challenges, and gymnastics videos on the channel and reached 1k subscribers within a month. The duo became very popular, but by the end of the year, Peanut appeared less and less on the videos. In fact, Amanda posted a birthday video from Trapeze School New York on December 27, but Peanut, whose birthday it was, was missing from the video. Amanda subsequently changed the title of the channel to 'itzamanda' in January 2016, and the channel has now become her personal channel titled 'Amanda Grace'. Peanut had already created her own channel 'Katie Ours' in September 2015. However, the first video on her channel appeared in November 2017. She only posts gymnastics videos on the channel, and has earned 14k subscribers, whereas her previous channel with Amanda has 111k subscribers. She is also popular on Instagram with 199k followers and has her own website focused on gymnastics.
