Karissa Eve shot to limelight with the You Tube channel Karissa & Sally's World which she co-runs with her mother Sally. The channel, launched in February 2019, was at first known as Karissa & Mommy's World. The first video – Karissa & Mommy Welcomes You To Our World – of the channel was uploaded the following month. Since then, the mother daughter duo has posted a variety of videos mostly including challenges, pranks, vlogs, toy reviews and comedy skits. The channel currently has over 550,000 subscribers.

Apart from the joint main channel, Karissa also launched another channel Life With Karissa in February 2021. The channel wherein she posts vlogs, pranks, challenges, has more than 250,000 subscribers. 

Her Instagram account @misskarissaeve has over 230,000 fans and is monitored by her mother. It was launched in February 2019.

Karissa Eve was born on 14 May 2010 in the United States. Her mother, Sally, is a social media personality herself. Karissa is in middle school and loves to dance, act and shop.
