GtfoSage Bio

GtfoSage was born Sage Tullis on April 11, 2001, in San Luis Obispo, California, USA. She developed a liking for gadgets and gizmos at a very young age, which ultimately led her to the world of social media.

She joined social media when she was just 13 years old. She first created her YouTube channel and then joined other platforms like Instagram and Twitter. Soon after joining social media, a young and naïve GtfoSage had to put up with cyberbullies, who were trying to take advantage of her. They started harassing her online, with a few even asking her to take her own life!

GtfoSage fought through many such bullies and went on to gather followers and fans. People were impressed by her maturity and the way she was handling herself on social media. They also found her videos interesting and hence, she started gathering subscribers on her YouTube channel.

Two years after joining YouTube, GtfoSage gained prominence as a social media star when her video ‘Tumblr Inspired Tutorial’ gathered a million views. GtfoSage began to hog the limelight even as fellow YouTube stars started following her subsequent moves.

She then started posting a series of makeup tutorials, which became popular among the viewers. Some of her videos like ‘Everyday Makeup Tutorial,’ ‘Everyday makeup Routine’ and ‘Natural Makeup Routine’ went on to gather millions of views each.

GtfoSage started posting more makeup-related videos as they were generating a lot of views. She became a YouTube star when her channel crossed the 500,000 subscriber mark. She then started posting vlogs and story time videos, which increased her popularity so much that other YouTube stars started collaborating with her. She currently has over 1.08 million subscribers on her channel.

Simultaneously, her popularity on Instagram was also climbing in the right direction as her Instagram account too, was gathering many followers. Her account, which currently has more than 425,000 followers, is packed with amazing photographs and videos. While most of her pictures are self-portraits, a few of them feature her pet dog, Celine.

Thanks to her beautiful face, GtfoSage became hugely popular on the microblogging platform Tumblr, which is meant for posting self-expressive photographs. Not only did she post drool-worthy images on Tumblr, she also used her experience gained from Tumblr to post interesting videos on YouTube. In fact, she became popular on YouTube only when her video ‘Tumblr Inspired Tutorial’ gathered a million views.

She is associated with the famous beauty and makeup brand, ‘Sephora Collection.’ She has featured various products of ‘Sephora Collection’ on her social media accounts. She also posed for a photoshoot, in which she modeled for the brand.

On February 18, 2017, GtfoSage announced on her Twitter page that she was not dating anyone. She also said that she likes hanging around with her friends. She is a close friend of fellow internet personality, Catherine Davidson. Catherine has appeared in a few of her YouTube videos like ‘Testing the World's Most Painful Mask.’

GtfoSage is a fan of the famous English-Irish boy band, ‘One Direction.’ She talks about the band quite often through her Twitter and Instagram accounts. She particularly talks about the band’s lead singers, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson. She is a huge fan of Harry Styles, which is pretty much apparent in her posts.

On June 26, 2016, she took to her Twitter account and announced that she was in a relationship with famous American singer, Jacob Sartorius. Minutes later, she posted another tweet saying that she was just kidding!
