Georgia Elizabeth Moffett is an English actress who portrayed the character of ‘Abigail Nixon’ in the television series ‘The Bill’. She also portrayed the character of ‘Emma’ in the television sitcom ‘White Van Man’. Born to parents who were quite popular in the entertainment field, it comes as no surprise that she too chose to enter the show business. She began her career as a teenager. After making her debut in the late 1990s, Moffett appeared in a number of television productions and also in radio shows. She has made special appearances in popular television shows like ‘My Family’ as Penny Bishop, ‘Doctor Who,’ where she portrayed the role of the daughter of the ‘The Doctor’, and ‘Merlin’ as ‘Lady Vivian’. Moffett also portrayed the popular character of ‘Alice Harding’ in the television show ‘Where the Heart Is’.

Georgia Moffett started her career in the show business as a teenager. She was offered the role of ‘Nicki Davey’ in the television show ‘Peak Practice’. She was part of the show for four episodes. In 2002, Moffett grabbed the role of ‘Abigail Nixon’ in the British police procedural drama series ‘The Bill’. She played the role in 26 episodes between 2002 and 2009. She later appeared in the family drama ‘Where the Heart Is’ as ‘Alice Harding’.
In 2005, Moffett appeared in the TV series ‘Like Father Like Son’ as ‘Morag Tait’ and then acted in the television’ film ‘Tom Brown's Schooldays’. Two years later, she was part of multiple television productions. She played ‘Tanya’ in ‘The Last Detective’ in 2007. Her other important roles in the same year were in ‘Bonkers’, ‘Fear, Stress and Anger’, and ‘Casualty’.
One of Georgia Moffett’s career highlights is being part of the ‘Doctor Who’ franchise. She was part of the episode ‘The Doctor's Daughter’ in the original show 'Doctor Who’ in 2008. Later, she appeared in ‘Doctor Who Confidential’ and ‘Doctor Who Greatest Moments’. She also appeared in the animated version of the show, ‘Doctor Who: Dreamland’, as a voice artist. She voiced the character of ‘Cassie Rice’.
Moffett appeared in the BBC Three counter intelligence drama series ‘Spooks: Code 9’ as ‘Kylie Roman’. She played the role of ‘Emma’ in the sitcom ‘White Van Man’ (2011), alongside Will Mellor, Joel Fry, Naomi Bentley, and Clive Mantle. In 2017, Moffett played the role of ‘Jenny’ in the crime drama miniseries ‘In the Dark’ in all four episodes.

Georgia Elizabeth Moffett was born on December 25, 1984, in London, England, to actors Sandra Dickinson and Peter Moffett (better known by his stage name Peter Davison).
Moffett married Scottish actor David Tennant in 2011 and has three children, Olive, Wilfred, and Doris with him. Moffett’s elder son, Ty Peter Tennant, from a previous relationship, was adopted by David Tennant after they got married. Ty appeared alongside his mother in the television series ‘Four Weddings’. Olive Tennant has also debuted in the show business, playing the daughter of John Barrowman's character in the show ‘The Five-ish Doctors’.
Moffett supports Straight Talking, a charity that aims to educate young people about teen pregnancy.
