Galina Joelle Becker is a former athlete and fitness model from America. She is presently married to World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) superstar Leati Joseph Anoaʻi, who is better known by his ring name Roman Reigns. A native of Florida, Galina had always been interested in sports and outdoor activities. While she was attending high school, she started training under coach Steve Nelson in track and field. In college, she continued to participate in track and field events, even setting a few records there. After completing her education, Galina was briefly seen on television as a fitness model. She met Reigns in college and their first child, a daughter, was born in 2008. She was a source of constant support as Reigns made his way from being a college student to a professional footballer to a professional wrestler. They got married in 2014 in the Bahamas. In 2016, Galina gave birth to twin boys.

Galina Becker was born on March 11, 1987, in Jacksonville, Florida, United States, to Kevin and Mildred Becker. She grew up with two older sisters, Molisa Cooper and Undine Becker. Galina was particularly inspired by Undine, who was a runner herself at Stanford University. An athletic and extroverted child, she loved sports and outdoor activities. She attended Mt. Pleasant High School in San Jose, California where she was involved in the track and field team.
Trained under the school’s coach Steve Nelson, she lettered in track for three seasons. She won multiple regional titles in the long and triple jump events during her sophomore and junior seasons. Furthermore, she was named her team’s Most Valuable Performer in freshman, sophomore, and senior years. She still holds the Central Coast Section record in the triple jump with a mark of 40'5". Besides track and field, Galina also played volleyball in high school and was awarded a cloth letter in the sport for one season.
She went on to study management at the Georgia Institute of Technology and continued to be active as a student-athlete. During the 2005-06 season, she registered an outdoor-season best time of 14.92 in the 100-meter high hurdles at the Georgia Tech Invitational, ran a season-best time of 12.76 in the 100-meter dash at the Yellow Jacket Invitational, came 15th in the long jump at the ACC Outdoor Championships with a season-best leap of 17'8.75", and clocked a season-best time of 9.48 in the 60m hurdles at the Tiger Classic.
Galina scored an outdoor season-best mark of 38'2.75'' in the triple jump at the Auburn Tiger Classic in the following season. She also came 13th in the triple jump at the ACC Outdoor Championships with a leap of 37'6.00''. She did not compete in her final year (2007-08) in the university.
After completing her education, Galina became a prominent fitness model because of her athletic background. In time, she started doing other projects as well, including a photo shoot with photographer Michael Krinke.

Relationship with Roman Reigns
While Galina was attending Georgia Tech, Anoaʻi was there as well, studying management just like her and playing for the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets football team. They became college sweethearts. Galina became pregnant and their daughter, Joelle Anoa'i, was born on December 14, 2008. Balancing motherhood and her career, Galina continued to work as a fitness model. These days, she often works on fashion projects and models for sponsored photo shoots
After graduating college, Anoaʻi had a modest professional football career. He never played for any NFL (National Football League) game but was signed by the Edmonton Eskimos of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played one season for the Eskimos before retiring from professional football in late 2008.
Anoaʻi hails from the same Samoan family as Yokozuna, Rikishi, Umaga, The Tonga Kid, The Usos and The Rock. In July 2010, he signed a developmental contract with WWE and was subsequently sent to their developmental territory Florida Championship Wrestling. He made his in-ring debut on September 9, 2010. In time, he adopted the ring name Roman Reigns and has become one of the most divisive figures in the history of professional wrestling. He has won the WWE World Heavyweight Championship thrice to date and has taken part in multiple memorable matches.
Galina and Anoaʻi became engaged on February 26, 2012, and held their wedding two years later, in December 2014, at Disney’s Castaway Cay, which is a private island in the Bahamas owned by The Walt Disney Company. In keeping with the theme, their wedding song was ‘A Whole New World’ from ‘Aladdin’. In 2016, they became parents of twin boys.
