Gabriel Byrne is an Irish actor, best known for playing ‘Paul Weston’ in the ‘HBO’ series ‘In Treatment.’ Gabriel began his career as a theater actor at the ‘Focus Theatre’ before joining London’s ‘Royal Court Theatre.’ He got his first screen break in the Irish TV show ‘The Riordans.’ He made his big-screen debut with the film ‘Excalibur,’ but his career took off after he starred in the film ‘Miller’s Crossing.’ Since then, he has appeared in more than 50 films. Some of his noteworthy films are ‘The Usual Suspects,’ ‘The End of Violence,’ ‘Stigmata,’ ‘Vampire Academy,’ and ‘The 33.’ He has appeared in a number of TV shows, such as ‘Madigan Men,’ ‘Secret State,’ and ‘Vikings.’ Apart from being a talented actor, Gabriel is also a film director, producer, cultural ambassador, screenwriter, and author.   • Gabriel was 29 years old when he decided to devote his life to acting. He started as a theater actor at Dublin’s ‘Focus Theatre’ and ‘Abbey Theatre’.
