AdamRayOkay posted his first TikTok video in November 2019. Rosa made her first appearance a few videos later. Since then, he has emerged as a prominent comedy and parody content maker on TikTok.

In July 2016, Adam posted on Instagram a photo of the Taurus sign tattoo on his wrist. This was his first share on the platform. In the next few years, he predominantly uploaded selfies. However, that changed when he started gaining popularity on TikTok, as he began sharing his TikTok videos on Instagram as well.
