Swiss actress, yesteryear model and sex symbol Ursula Andress gained attention playing Honey Ryder, widely regarded as the first Bond girl, in the first James Bond film titled Dr. No. In the ensuing years, she bolstered her career starring in films like The Southern Star, Clash of the Titans, and particularly as Vesper Lynd in spy parody film Casino Royale.    

Diane Ladd is an American actress, author, and filmmaker. Over the years, Diane Ladd has contributed immensely to the success of several films and TV series. Perhaps, her greatest contribution to Hollywood is guiding and mentoring her daughter and Academy Award-winning actress Laura Dern. Both Ladd and Dern received Academy Award nominations for Best Actress for the film Rambling Rose. 

Credited with coining the term software engineering, computer scientist and systems engineer, Margaret Heafield Hamilton served as the Director of the Software Engineering Division of the MIT Instrumentation Laboratory, overseeing the development of the on-board flight software for NASA's Apollo program.  A prolific writer, she is also the founder of two software companies; Higher Order Software and Hamilton Technologies.

Ellen Kessler is one-half of the popular Kessler Twins. Ellen and her twin sister Alice Kessler are among the well-known twin entertainers in Europe. After achieving popularity as dancers and actors, the Kessler Twins appeared on the cover of one of the editions of Playboy, at the age of 40. That edition became the fastest-selling Playboy in Italy.

Graphic designer Margaret Calvert has created quite a name for herself, working with Jock Kinneir on projects such as the design of the road-signing system of the UK. She has also worked on signs at railway stations and airports, and the typeface on the website of the UK government.

Pema Chodron is an American Tibetan Buddhist and an ordained nun. Born as Deirdre Blomfield-Brown in New York, she began studying with Tibetan Buddhist Lama Chime Rinpoche as a young woman. She eventually became a fully ordained nun or bhikṣuṇī. She is the author of several dozen books and audiobooks. She is the principal teacher at Gampo Abbey. 

Joy Cowley is a New Zealand writer best known for writing children's books, including the famous book series Mrs. Wishy-Washy. She started her career by writing novels for adults and achieved international prominence when her 1967 book Nest in a Falling Tree was adapted into a 1971 film titled The Night Digger. Joy Cowley is a recipient of many awards.

Rona Barrett is an American businesswoman and gossip columnist. She is credited with founding the Rona Barrett Lavender Company which produces lavender baths, aromatherapy, food, and beauty products. Rona Barrett is also noted for her philanthropic efforts; she founded a non-profit organization called The Rona Barrett Foundation which aims at supporting senior citizens in need.

Ivonka Survilla is a Belarusian political figure and the current president of the Belarusian government in exile, the Rada of the Belarusian Democratic Republic. In 2013, she was honored with the Canadian Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal for her efforts to restore democracy in Belarus. Survilla has also co-founded a charitable organization called Canadian Relief Fund for Chernobyl Victims in Belarus.

Vyjayanthimala is an Indian actress and dancer who played a major role in the Hindi film industry during the 1950s and 1960s. One of the most popular actresses of all time, Vyjayanthimala is also known for her contribution to South Indian movies. She is the recipient of several awards, including Filmfare Awards and Lifetime Achievement Awards at International film festivals.   

Fleur Mellor is an Australian retired athlete. She participated in the 1956 Olympic Games in Melbourne and won the gold medal in the 4 x 100 meters relay, with Norma Croker, Shirley Strickland de la Hunty, and Betty Cuthbert. The team set two world records: clocking 44.9 in the heats and 44.5 in the final.  

Norma Thrower is a retired Australian hurdler who won the bronze medal in the 80 meters hurdles at the 1956 Summer Olympics in Melbourne. Two years later, she won the 80 meters hurdles at the British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Cardiff. She also won several gold, silver, and bronze medals at the Australian championships in the 1950s. 

P. Susheela is an Indian singer who has been recognized by the Asia Book of Records as well as by the Guinness Book of World Records for recording more than 50,000 film songs in various Indian languages. Dubbed The Melody Queen of South India, Susheela has won five National Film Awards and several state awards.

Usha Mangeshkar belongs to the iconic Mangeshkar musical family of India and is the second-youngest child of Pandit Deenanath Mangeshkar. She, and her famous siblings, Lata and Asha, once rocked the Hindi playback scene. Her song Mai Toh Aarti from Jai Santoshi Maa earned her a Filmfare nomination.
