Sam Asghari Biography

Sam Asghari was born on March 23, 1994, in Tehran, Iran. His father, Mike, moved to the United States to work as a tow truck driver when Asghari was just two. Asghari grew up in Tehran along with his three older sisters – Maddy, Ellie, and Faye. He developed interest in football and dreamt of a career in law enforcement or sports. In 2006, Asghari moved to Los Angeles to live with his father. During his freshman year in high school, he joined a football team. His passion for the sport earned him an opportunity to take part in a football program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

After his high school education, Asghari joined Los Angeles Pierce College. While studying criminal justice at Pierce College, Asghari took up three different jobs. He worked as a clerk, sales rep, and nightclub bouncer to support himself. By now, he had given up football owing to his tight schedule. 

At the age of 19, Sam Asghari decided to become a personal trainer. He quit two of his three jobs and signed up for the ‘Smart Nutrition course’ at ‘Gold’s Gym.’ He then learned about nutrition, anatomy, and personal training. Within months, Asghari started his career as a personal trainer.

Sam Asghari worked as a personal trainer until 2015, when he was convinced to become a model by his sister Faye, who had relocated from Iran to the United States. She took him to a fashion designer Michael Costello, who was a close friend of her. After his first runway show in ‘Palm Springs,’ Asghari was eventually signed by Toyota to appear in its 2016 Toyota Super Bowl Commercial. In the same year, he played a construction worker in Fifth Harmony’s Work from Home music video. He then landed an opportunity to appear alongside Britney Spears in Slumber Party music video. In 2018, he made his feature film debut through Unbelievable!!!!!

Sam Asghari met Britney Spears on the sets of Slumber Party music video. By the end of the shoot, Asghari had shared his phone number with the world-renowned singer. After five months, Britney decided to give him a call and they started dating soon after. However, the couple decided to keep their relationship under wraps until 2017, when they started sharing their pictures on Instagram. In June 2017, Asghari and Britney shared a kiss on stage during a concert in Taiwan. Since then, Asghari and Britney have been spotted quite often. They even work out together and share their work out videos on social media.

The two got engaged in September 2021. Britney announced about her engagement with Sam through a video posted on Instagram. In April 2022, Sam and Britney announced that they were expecting their first child together. On June 9, 2022, Sam and Britney got married.

Sam Asghari is currently concentrating on his acting career. He practised dance moves with the help of Britney. He has over 3 million followers on his Instagram page, where he predominantly posts pictures of his chiseled body. Sam Asghari has a website, where he sells clothing and accessories for men and women.
