Poppy Montgomery Biography

Poppy Montgomery, born as Poppy Petal Emma Elizabeth Deveraux Donaghue, is an American actress. She is best known for playing the role of FBI agent Samantha Spade on the CBS drama ‘Without a Trace’. She is also known for portraying the character of Detective Carrie Wells on the police drama ‘Unforgettable’. Montgomery has guest starred in many TV programs including ‘Party of Five’, ‘NYPD Blue’ and ‘The Beat’. In addition, the actress has performed in a number of television movies such as ‘The Cold Equations’, ‘Jake Lassiter: Justice on the Bayou’, ‘Snow Wonder’, ‘Signed, Sealed, Delivered from Paris, With Love’ and ‘A Surrogate's Nightmare’, to name a few. Montgomery has also acted in a handful of films including ‘Tammy and the T-Rex’, ‘Devil in a Blue Dress’, ‘The Other Sister’, ‘Life’ and ‘Dead Man on Campus’. On a personal note, the bold beauty Montgomery is married and a mother of three young children.
