Paget Brewster is an American actress, singer and voice actress. She first garnered attention with her role as Kathy in NBC’s hit show ‘Friends’. She later made her breakthrough in the criminal drama series ‘Criminal Minds’ where she was featured as Special Agent Emily Prentiss. Brewster was born and raised in Massachusetts and relocated to New York to attend Parsons School of Design. She eventually dropped out of the school during her first year to pursue her entertainment career. From hosting a local area talk program at the beginning of her career to performing in popular drama series, the multi-talented artist has come a long way. Besides being an actress, she is also a singer and an occasional photographer. On a personal note, Brewster has been married to Steve Damstra since 2014. The couple resides in Los Angeles, California.

Paget Brewster kicked off her career with a local late-night talk program in San Francisco Bay Area, ‘Paget,’ which aired between 1994 and 1995. She first came to recognition in 1997 when she was cast as Kathy in NBC’s hit drama ‘Friends’. A year later, she made her movie debut in ‘Let's Talk About Sex’ and also voiced Audrey Timmonds in ‘Godzilla: The Series’. In the ensuing years, the actress featured in the drama series ‘Love & Money’ and ‘The Trouble with Normal’. During this time, she also played Ms. Indestructible in the superhero comedy ‘The Specials’.
From 2002 to 2003, Brewster starred as Jessica Green in Fox’s ‘Andy Richter Controls the Universe’. Just after the show ended, she joined the cast of ‘Huff’ as Beth Huffstodt. In 2005, she began her voice roles in ‘Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law’ and ‘American Dad’. A year later, the actress was cast as Special Agent Emily Prentiss in ‘Criminal Minds’. That year, she also appeared in ‘The Big Bad Swim’, an independent flick about a group of people who enroll in an adult beginner's swim class.
In 2011, Brewster began voicing various characters in the animated sitcom ‘Dan Vs.’. Two years later, she began appearing in the education comedy series ‘Drunk History’. In each of the show’s episodes, a drunken narrator alongside the host tries to recount an event from the past, while artists enact the narrator's story. In 2014, the actress joined the final season of the comedy sitcom ‘Community’. This was followed by her roles in ‘Another Period’ and ‘Grandfathered’. Since 2018, Brewster has been voicing Della Duck on Disney XD’s ‘DuckTales’.

She has a younger brother named Ivan. Brewster moved to New York to study at the Parsons School of Design and eventually dropped out from there to pursue her acting career.
On March 17, 2013, Paget got engaged to musician cum songwriter Steve Damstra Brewster. The two married in November 2014 in Los Angeles, California.
