Missy Lanning Bio

Missy Lanning was just another lady who was tied between her duties between office and work. However, her lifestyle took a 360 degree turn when she and her husband Bryan, who is an exceptional photographer, decided to become parents. During the course of two years, when they tried to become parents, Missy suffered miscarriages and still-births. She decided to vent out her emotions in a positive way to help other women and decided to start her own blogging page and a YouTube channel. There was no looking back after this step of hers and from a regular person she became a household name for millions of people. She opened her YouTube account on 26 July 2012 which now has over 800,000 subscribers and counting. She also has a huge fan following on Facebook and Twitter.

Missy Lanning has gone through some tough but learning phases in her life and hence is able to express herself with extreme conviction. She has a fantastic ability to establish a heartfelt rapport with her fans. Tons of people relate to her and Missy Lanning makes them feel that she is one among them. The love she has generated in the hearts of her fans is so immense that on October 24, 2015 when her son, Jay Lanning was born, her fans were equally thrilled as the new parents. The fans went and tweeted statuses like, “FINALLY! Our finley is here! Welcome to the world baby!” and “Finley is finally here and I’m so happy!” This shows the kind of affection people all over the world feel for Lanning and the special place she has made in their heart.

Missy is not really a cleanliness freak and she doesn’t shy away from admitting this fact at all. She says in her blog clearly that she “doesn’t care much about cleaning”. The YouTuber also claims that she totally loves Cold Stone (A mixture of chocolate and cone) and very often rewards herself with it. Even after losing her baby, Missy remained positive and started out her blog with a very powerful thought. She said, “I hope this blog will grow and become about much happier things. I can't wait to be pregnant again and hold my baby one day.” We all do have a lot to learn from her personality.

Missy Lanning was born on October 27, 1989, to Jim and Suzanne Hollister, in California. She has two siblings; a sister, Cassie, and a brother, Jimmy. She is married Bryan Lanning and has two wonderful sons, Oliver and Finley. In February 2022, the couple announced that they were expecting their third child together, daughter. In September 2022, they welcomed their daughter, Brielle Louise Lanning.
