Matt Carriker Bio

Matt Carriker shot to popularity with his three You Tube channels. He launched his first channel OffTheRanch in 2007 and has gained over 4.1 million subscribers since then. Here, he shares videos around his family life, personal endeavours, travel, animal rescue, automobile construction and home renovation. The channel features his wife and kids too.

He started his second channel Demolition Ranch in January 2011 and has attracted over 10.8 million subscribers with his gun related content.

Three years after his second channel, he launched his third channel Vet Ranch in January 2014. It focusses on raising awareness about homeless animals and treating those requiring medical care. It is also where veterinarian share their stories of treating animals. The number of subscribers on the channel has reached 2.8 million.

His Instagram account is followed by over 1.5 million people while his Facebook account, too, has over a million followers.

Other than a social media star, Matt Carriker is also the owner of and works as veterinarian at a local vet clinic called Fair Oaks Ranch Veterinary Clinic. Moreover, he is the owner of Bunker Branding, a screen printing and merchandising business where fans can purchase his products (t-shirts, hoodies, beanies, hats, mugs, backpacks, sunglasses, stickers, etc.) as well as those of many other influencers.

In 2019, he published his first book – The Subversion Threat – in association with 33rd Degrees Publishing LLC.

Matt Carriker made his debut as a film actor in the 2020 adventure horror movie Strain 100. He essayed the role of Lucas in the movie. In addition to this, earlier in 2015, he had appeared in a television series documentary called Somebody's Gotta Do It too.

He is the brand ambassador of Muskox, a brand for men's outdoor apparel for adventure.

Matt Carriker was born on 21st October 1986 in Fredericksburg, Texas, United States as Mathew Lee Carriker. His family includes his mother Pat Carriker, father Dr. Lee Carriker (a veterinarian), a sister named Ali Thames and two brothers named Mark William and Andrew Carriker. Mark, unfortunately, passed away in 2020 due to cancer.

Matt Carriker married his high school girlfriend Meredith in 2004 and the couple together have three children – two daughters named Adalyn and Annie and a son named Lincoln. Meredith Mere Carriker is a blogger and also owns The Linc Boutique and LincActive online store.

In 2012, he obtained his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from the Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.
