Kevin Pouya, professionally known as just Pouya, is a well-known American rapper. Also famous as Baby Bone, he is known for releasing the hit songs "Straight Up” and "Get Buck". He has composed a couple of solo albums including ‘Underground Underdog,’ ‘Baby Bone,’ ‘South Slide Slays,’ and ‘Stunna,’ to name a few. Born in Miami, Florida, Pouya became interested in rapping in childhood and eventually quit his high school studies to pursue his passion. As of today, the rapper has charted on the iTunes Top hip-hop albums chart. Deeply influenced by Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, the young artist is one of the most talented rappers creating a sensation in the American music industry right now. His voice has found him fans in other countries as well. Pouya has a massive fan base on social media too, especially on SoundCloud, where he has accumulated over 400k followers.

Kevin Pouya started off his career with his best buddy and collaborator Fat Nick, initially doing skits on YouTube. The duo soon moved on to music and created an online show called ‘The Nick and Pouya show’. They achieved further success as part of the “Buffet Boys,” an act which became popular on YouTube. After a period of time, Pouya started making music with the Miami group Smart Stunnas that included artists like IndigoChildRick, Robb Banks, Kie Money and Sir Michael Rocks.
In 2012, he released his mixtapes ‘Fuck It’ and ‘Don't Sleep on Me Hoe.’ A year later, he earned the recognition he wanted with the release of his mixtape ‘Baby Bone’ which included the hit eponymous single along with another successful song “Get Buck”. Also in 2013, the rapper released his EP ‘WarBucks’ that featured appearances by Young Dazzie Dazz and Denzel Curry. This was followed by a 14-track mixtape titled ‘Stunna’ featuring the singles “Stop”, “Copy Cat” and “Stunna”.
The year 2015 saw Pouya in a number of music videos including "So What", "Energy" and “"Fuck You". That year, he also came up with the mixtape ‘South Side Slugs’. It spawned the viral hit track “Suicidal Thoughts in the Back of the Cadillac” which has accumulated over 12.5 million spins on SoundCloud along with over ten million views on YouTube. The mixtape also featured other notable tracks like “I Know You See It”, “Heed” featuring Alex Wiley and Allan Kingdom, and “FYE” featuring Sir Michael Rocks.
In 2016, the talented rapper released his debut studio album titled “Underground Underdog.” Released under Buffet Boys label, the album charted at No. 156 on the Billboard 200 chart and also ranked at No.2 in the iTunes top hip-hop albums chart. It featured the singles "Hunnit Hunnit" with Fat Nick, "But Wait, There's More" with Suicideboys and "Energy". The following year, Pouya again collaborated with Nick for the mixtape ‘Drop Out of School’. He released his second solo studio album 'Five Five' in 2018. The album charted at No. 8 on the Billboard Heatsekers chart and spawned the songs "Daddy issues", “Don't Bang My Line" and “Handshakes". Pouya wrapped up 2018 with his songs "Florida Thang” and "Sit Ups".
His first track of 2019 was "Superman is Dead". In February, he, alongside Boobie Lootaveli, released a compilation album called “Greatest Hits. Vol.3”, which was led by the song "Pe$Os". The duo followed it up with the track "The Night Survives Again".

Kevin Pouya was born on December 20, 1994 in Florida. He is of Iranian and Cuban heritage. He attended Westland Hialeah high school and dropped out in 10th grade. Talking about his love life, the rapper is in a relationship with Instagram star Young Coco. The couple began dating in 2013 and has been together since then. In 2017, Coco was diagnosed with synovial sarcoma, a type of cancer.
