Jolie Jones Levine is an American actress, model, producer, vocalist, and author. She is also recognized as the daughter of the legendary musical genius, Quincy Jones. As an actress and producer, she has been associated with the projects ‘Hunk,’ ‘Panic in Echo Park,’ and ‘Outliving Castro.’ Raised as a truly multicultural child, Jolie Jones Levine has witnessed a world of limitless possibilities and opportunities in her life. As a result of being exposed to various cultures, she feels a deep connection with different communities and nationalities. A former Ford model, she has also been active in Hollywood as a musician and vocalist. She made her musical debut in the year 1996 in an invitation-only event conducted at the Jazz Bakery by her father and Oprah Winfrey. The multitalented lady is also an artist who has been engaged in several creative pursuits. She is skilled at painting, sculpting, and gardening as well.

Career
In 1964, Jolie Jones was invited to join Ford Models. At the age of 15, she adorned the cover of “Mademoiselle” magazine, becoming the first African-American woman to do so. She also appeared in the renowned ‘Seventeen Magazine’. At 16, she relocated to Los Angeles and interned at Hollywood Professional Preschool. Then following the birth of her first son, her career took a new turn. Jolie Jones juggled her life as a mother and a working woman by continuing to work on advertising campaigns for Revlon and Max Factor while raising her son. She eventually decided to dedicate herself to motherhood full-time. Somehow, she still managed to find time for non-profit fundraising and eventually became a founding member of a local chapter of SANE. Her concerns about the environment also led her to establish her own foundation called ‘Take It Back’ later on. She also pursued her interests in painting, gardening and sculpture.
In 1984, she moved to London along with her family and worked towards pursuing a professional singing career. During this time, she collaborated with many popular artistes, including Jon Anderson, Boy George, Curiosity Killed the Cat and Nick Kamen. Eventually, she returned to Los Angeles, where she resumed her studies with acting coach Milton Katselas and also continued her voice and music training. In the year 1987, Jolie Jones collaborated with Brazilian artist Ivan Lins and helped produce two of his albums. She became a founding member of Earth Communications Office in 1998. She then shifted her focus to her professional musical career once again and performed with the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra. She made her full-scale musical debut at the Jazz Bakery in 1996 and garnered rave views from the audience.

Jolie Jones was born in Manhattan, New York, USA, to Quincy Jones and his wife Jeri Caldwell. Her father is African-American while her mother is European-American. She attended PS 6 and New Lincoln School. She has many half-siblings as a result of her father’s relationships with several women. Her father reportedly has a total of seven kids with five different women!
