Hitman Holla is an American battle rapper known for his unmatched punch lines and aggressive spirit. He was a promising college basketball player but got embroiled in street life before picking-up rapping as a career. He first got noticed when he knocked out ‘Bill Collector’ in a video that went viral on ‘WorldStarHipHop.’ He is a member of communities, such as ‘Fight Klub,’ ‘Battle America,’ and ‘SMACK/ Uri’ and has battled with opponents like Math Hoffa, Conceited, and T-Rex. He has several successful ‘Ultimate Rap League’ battles under his belt. He has released an album, ‘Diddy Dum Dum,’ and a mixtape, ‘Ball Game.’ He has started his own clothing line under the brand name, ‘Ball Game’. He has also raised funds to support research on breast cancer.
Childhood & Early Life
Hitman Holla was born Gerald Fulton, Jr. on March 29, 1988, in St Louis, Missouri, into a middle class African-American family. He has a younger brother, Showout, who grew up to be a social media star and is also involved in battle rap. His father is known as ‘Big Gerald’ and has supported his sons in their career in battle rapping by attending their shows and even participating and talking thrash against their opponents. Showout presently complements Hitman Holla in his battle rap career by participating alongside and endearing fans.
Hitman was a promising athlete and college basketball player. He received a scholarship from California State Northridge during high school. He later transferred to University of Missouri, St. Louis, and turned to battle raping before completing his college education. Prior to battle rapping, he was involved in gang battles against rival Crips and had two murder charges against him.
His love for sports remained embedded deep into his heart but he gave up gangbanging and concentrated on battle rap, which slowly became his passion. He was influenced by rappers like X-Factor and Mook in his youth, and picked up their aggressive style and astounding lyrics.

His first major battle was against ‘Remy D’ in the ‘Fight Klub’ league when he was still in college. He made several other appearances and became famous after knocking out Bill Collector; this act went viral on WorldStarHipHop.
During 2010 – 2011, he battled Hollow Da Don, Arsonal and Goodz, who got the better of him at the ‘SMACK/URL’ and ‘Battle America’ leagues. However, as he gained experience and confidence, he went on to win against Aye Verb and John John Da Don at the ‘SMACK/URL’ league, in 2012.
He battled Math Hoffa, Conceited, and T-Rex in 2013, and came out a winner by a convincing margin. He was almost banned from Ultimate Rap League (URL) that year because he threatened to beat up a staffer named Norbes. However, the matter got resolved and in October 2015 he was featured in five of the 10 most viewed battles on the URL You Tube channel.
He battled with rap stars like Charlie Clips, Tsu Surf and Shotty Horroh that became some of the most watched videos leading to heavy debate on who should be declared the winner. Some of his recent appearances at the ‘Udubb: HS2’ and ‘URL: SM6’ leagues against Shotgun Suge and K-Shine went clearly in his favour.
In 2016, he released an album titled ‘Diddy Dum Dum’ and a mixtape called ‘Ball Game.’ He also participated in battle rap against Nick Cannon at the ‘Bet Awards’ ceremony. Though most of his ballet raps have been spontaneous and live, some have been choreographed to convey a message.
He is well-known for his unmatched stage presence, outstanding lyrics, unforgettable punch lines and an aggressive spirit. He has come a long way from his basketball and street life days to become a celebrity in his own right.

Hitman Holla prefers to dress casually in sports wear with a baseball cap. He is health conscious and regularly works out at the gym. He plays basketball whenever he gets the chance and also incorporates moves of the game in his rapping.

Hitman has had a string of girlfriends from the time he was in college. However, he has not been in a serious relationship as yet and his present status is single.
