Heather Matarazzo is an American actress who gained recognition as a preteen artist for her breakthrough role as the painfully awkward Dawn Wiener in the film 'Welcome to the Dollhouse', in 1995. Her other notable roles include Lilly Moscovitz in the two Disney movies 'The Princess Diaries' and 'The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement', and Heather Wiseman on the drama series 'Now and Again'.
