Hale Appleman is an accomplished American actor who is most popular for playing the role of ‘Eliot’ in the television fantasy series ‘The Magicians’. He is an intuitive performer who believes in getting into the skin of the character that he is playing and enjoys the development process of the character as a season unfolds. As mentioned in a Q&A session of Instagram live with his fans, he is fascinated by the way a story evolves allowing the characters to blossom into their own, while the actors playing these parts get to experiment with bending and breaking some rules to give it their own unique touch. Being a theatre actor, Hale believes in continuous learning and honing his craft. He is also a trained singer and is fond of writing songs and singing. He has lent his vocals to ‘Eliot’ and hopefully that is something the audience might be seeing more of, from Hale, in the near future.
