Gibby created her self-titled Youtube channel in August 2014. Her first video was titled “Mi presentación!!! :D.” She began posting cooking videos, vlogs, and fashion-related content on her channel. Later down the line, she started posting comedy sketches which quickly went viral. Her channel met with immense popularity and she soon emerged as one of the most popular content creators on Youtube. In 2020, she became a recipient of the Diamond Creator Award after her channel surpassed 10 million subscribers. Gibby has also made waves on TikTok with her comedy sketches. She has also secured her place amongst the top influencers on Instagram and maintains a massive following on the platform.

In 2017, she appeared in the promo of The Lego Batman Movie. She also attended the 2016 Eliot Awards and also made an appearance at the Kids' Choice Awards in 2017.

Gibby was born on May 25, 2007, in the city of Colima, Mexico. She has a sister named María and a brother named Gustavo. Her siblings often appear on her Youtube channel. Gibby’s mother Angélica passed away in 2019. Her zodiac sign is Gemini.

In a rapid-fire Q&A video, Gibby revealed that she loves watching horror movies. She is a fan of English singer and songwriter Louis Tomlinson. She enjoys playing video gaming, especially the online game Roblox. ‘Anne With An E,’ ‘The 100,’ and ‘Stranger Things’ are amongst her favorite television series.
