Eboni K. Williams is an American attorney, political analyst, news contributor and radio personality. Coming from a low-income family of African-American origin and raised by a single mother, Eboni has thrived in achieving a position for herself as an attorney as well as a TV personality. She earned a BA in Communications and African-American studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a law degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. She gained experience as an intern while working as clerk for the Louisiana Secretary of State and at the office of Louisiana Attorney General. During such time she also assisted council members of New Orleans following the devastating ‘Hurricane Katrina’. The ensuing years saw her in the role of legal counsel in civil litigation and family law following which she turned to private practice. She then embarked as a freelance broadcaster for different media outlets including appearing for NFL Network, CNN, Fox News Channel and HLN among others. She remained a correspondent of ABC News, a contributor for Fox News and co-hosted on various media platforms. Presently she serves as permanent co-host of the ‘Fox News Specialists’ show and also co-hosts a noon to 3 pm talk show on ‘WABC Radio’.

Eboni K. Williams was born on September 9, 1988, in North Carolina, United States. She is an American national with African-American ethnicity.
She was raised by her self-employed single mother who was very particular about her upbringing and studies. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a public research university from where she obtained a BA degree in Communications and African-American studies.
Thereafter in pursuit of building a career as an attorney, she got enrolled at the private law school, Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, and earned a Juris Doctor Degree.
While studying law she served as a clerk for the Secretary of State of Louisiana. She also worked as a law clerk at the office of the Attorney General of Louisiana for six months.
She assisted the council members of New Orleans after one of the strongest tropical cyclones, ‘Hurricane Katrina’, severely destructed the gulf coast of the US in August 2005.

Career
She served the law firm McCraine Sistrunk Anzelmo Hardy Maxwell & McDaniel PC for four months in the capacity of a summer associate.
Thereafter, she joined the Loyola University College of Law where she served as a teaching assistant. Her responsibilities there included helping Professor and students at the time of classroom instructions as also checking and assigning grades to different writing assignments.
She became a counsel at law in 2008 dealing in civil litigation and family law. From April 2008 to May 2009, she worked in Mecklenburg Country Public Defender Office and counselled for poor clients during trials in District Court. She handled around 200 case files and also took interviews of clients both in jail and in office.
In May 2009, she started working with The Law Offices of James D. Williams Jr. where she handled the District Court and Traffic Court practice of the firm.
Eboni made a comeback to private practice in 2010. Her legal career saw her advocating for different clients in varied cases including the ones associated with rape, sex crime, drugs, homicide and federal offenses.
Starting from sometime in 2011, for the next three years she endeavoured into different media outlets in the capacity of a freelance broadcaster. She featured in several American television channels like CNN, Fox News Channel, The Oprah Winfrey Network and HLN among others as an on-air talent.
She served as correspondent of the news division of American Broadcasting Company, ‘ABC News’. With time she worked on different media platforms as legal analyst, social commentator, political strategist, host and co-host.
She also remained a Political & Legal Contributor for the Fox Entertainment Group owned American basic cable and satellite TV news channel ‘Fox News Channel’.
During her tenure in ‘Fox News Channel’, she provided commentary on the day’s biggest headlines as also political and legal analysis across all the programs of Fox News that included appearances in shows like ‘The O’Reilly Factor’, ‘Hannity’ and ‘The Kelly File’.

Of these, she appeared in the conservative TV show ‘Hannity’ in 12 of its episodes and in the TV news and talk show ‘The O’Reilly Factor’ in 17 of its episodes during 2013 to 2016. She remained a guest co-hostess of the day-time news and talk show ‘Outnumbered’ from 2016 to 2017 in 23 of its episodes.
Meanwhile, starting from September 2014 she worked as a correspondent for CBS News for some time.
On November 8, 2016, she came up with her book ‘Pretty Powerful: Appearance, Substance, and Success’.
A new American news and talk show ‘Fox News Specialists’ was launched on the Fox News Channel to replace the talk show news program ‘The Five’ after Bill O'Reilly was ousted from ‘Fox News’. Eboni became a permanent co-host of ‘Fox News Specialists’ along with Eric Bolling and Katherine Timpf. The show was premiered on May 1, 2017.
On June 5, 2017, she joined Curtis Sliwa, replacing Ron Kuby, as a co-host of a noon to 3 pm talk show of ‘WABC Radio’, a New York City radio station.
