Debi Mazar is an American actor, best known for playing sharp-tongued women in an array of film and TV productions. She had done several odd jobs before making her way to Hollywood. Debi was a dancer, a prominent downtown figure, a fashionista, and a successful hair and makeup artist, before she landed a role in a Martin Scorsese film. During her stint as a makeup artist, she got acquainted with Madonna. This later turned into a friendship that earned her the lucrative offer of featuring in the artist's videos. Debi's prominent New York accent and arched eyebrows made her appropriate for bold and powerful characters with multiple layers. Those features were well-utilized when she played her characters in 'Civil Wars,' 'L.A. Law,' and 'Entourage.'
