Fox executive, Marcia Shulman came to see the play and funnily enough, David Walton sold her a set of knives. These two roles really established him as a comedic talent on TV on par with the best of his generation.
2010 continued to be one of the biggest years of David Walton’s career. He co-starred in the musical movie ‘Burlesque’ alongside the likes of Cher and Christina Aguilera. The movie not only earned a ‘Golden Globe’ nomination, but also generated more than US $80 million in profits. He then went on to produce and co-star in the sitcom ‘Bent’ (2012).
