Chord Paul Overstreet is an American actor, singer, and musician. As an actor, he is known for playing Sam Evans on the TV series Glee. He has also acted in the films The Hole, 4th Man Out and A Warrior's Heart as well as guest-starred in the TV programs iCarly, No Ordinary Family, The Middle and Regular Show. As a singer, Overstreet has released the EP Tree House Tapes. He has contributed to several non-album singles including "Homeland", "Hold On" and "All I Want for Christmas Is a Real Good Tan”. Besides these, he has appeared in many music videos for artists like Hot Chelle Rae and Nick Jonas. Overstreet has been nominated several times for various awards and accolades till date. Acting Career

Chord Overstreet began his acting career with the web series Private in which he played Josh Hollis. He then appeared in the thriller movie The Hole in 2009. The same year, he appeared in an episode of the TV series iCarly. After this, the actor began playing the role of Sam Evans in the series Glee. In 2011, he starred as Dupree in the flick A Warrior's Heart. That year, Overstreet also got featured in an episode of The Middle. Soon after this, he had a minor voice role in Regular Show. Then in 2015, the American artiste did the movie 4th Man Out.

Music Career

On December 15, 2015, Chord Overstreet signed a contract with Safehouse Records, a record label founded by Nick Jonas, Demi Lovato and Phil McIntyre. The following year, he released his debut single titled "Homeland" through Safehouse Records and Island Records. The same year, he released his non-album single "All I Want For Christmas is a Real Good Tan”. Then on February 3, 2017, the American singer came out with a new single titled "Hold On". In May that year, Overstreet released his first EP titled Tree House Tapes. In June 2017, he was featured on NBC's Today show where he sang the single “Hold On".
