Carson created his YouTube channel on May 10, 2012. He posted the oldest video on it on August 22, 2014. Titled ‘ALS Ice Bucket Challenge + Face Reveal! - Carson’, the video demonstrates that Carson had his signature humour even when he was 15 years old. In it, he also hints that he had uploaded content prior to this, but the video marks his first on-camera appearance. At some point, he changed his username from ‘TheBlueCrewPros’ to 'CallMeCarson'.

Carson has made comedic videos on a wide range of web-culture-related subjects, from memes to YouTube thumbnails, to short video-sharing applications like TikTok to food photography. While he can seem ruthless while he is ridiculing a pop culture or social media personality, he is never excessively cruel.

Carson is gifted with one of the most quintessential attributes of a comedian, the ability to laugh at himself. In his videos, he often mocks his own appearance and behaves in such a way that is utterly ridiculous. These days, each of his videos garners over a million views. On November 1, 2017, Carson co-created the podcast channel ‘Goop Squad’ along with Cooper, Joko, and Josh. They began posting content on April 17, 2019. The recordings are also shared on SoundCloud.
