Ashlund was always passionate about singing and dancing. As a kid, she always dreamt of becoming a famous pop artist. To realize her dream, Ashlund joined an institute of performing arts, hoping that she could turn her passion into a profession. It did not take her long to understand the nuances of playback singing. She also carried on her dance training, along with attending the singing classes. When Ashlund felt that she was ready to display her talent, she created a self-titled YouTube channel in 2015. Ashlund’s decision clicked and her second video, which was a cover version of the track ‘Cool Kids’ by Echosmith, became viral as soon as it was posted. Within the first few months, the video was viewed by more than a million viewers.

Thanks to the popularity of her cover version, Ashlund emerged as one of the most promising singers on YouTube. Some of her subsequent covers, such as ‘Lips are Movin’ by Meghan Trainor and ‘Fight Song’ by Rachel Platten too gathered good number of views. She also sang the cover versions of ‘NO’ and ‘Me Too’ by Meghan Trainor. The cover version of the song ‘Lean On’ was choreographed by Ashlund and the video was produced under ‘DreamWorks Pictures,’ one of the major production houses.

A year later, Ashlund moved to California to pursue a career in modeling, and started posting videos of her photo shoots. Ashlund posed for various high-end brands and also did a photoshoot for ‘Showstopper Magazine,’ which was conducted at Redondo Beach.

In August 2017, Ashlund performed at the Creator Viewer Experience (CVX) Live, a live event conducted for online media creators and their fans. A month later, she went on a live performance tour during which she was accompanied by many famous social media personalities, including Brooklyn and Bailey.

Ashlund then started to post a variety of videos on her channel, which was, until then, packed with only song and dance related videos. She started posting makeup tutorials and vlogs related to travel, birthday and Christmas. She also posted a host of challenge videos that had gone viral on the internet.

Many of Ashlund’s music videos are available on the YouTube channel owned by ‘DreamWorks.’ In 2017, she participated in the talent hunt show, ‘The Pop Game,’ which is conducted by the famous music producer, Timbaland. In the show, she competed with singers like Grant Landis and Cravetay. She could not win the competition, but managed to leave a mark with her amazing performances that she had delivered during her journey in the show.

She has a tremendous potential to make a name for herself in the acting field too. She is well on her way to achieve success in the field of acting. Ashlund has worked in a couple of miniseries and TV films. Her debut miniseries, ‘The Red Tent,’ in which she played the younger version of Dinah, was released in 2014. In the same year, Ashlund appeared in a minor role in the TV film, Galyntine. In 2017, she appeared as herself in an episode of the show, ‘Giggles Talk.’

Apart from a career in the entertainment industry, Ashlund has had a career in corporate world as well. To support her finances, Ashlund took up jobs in ‘American Express,’ ‘AMC,’ and ‘Lifetime.’
