Michael Caine is a popular British Actor and author known best for his films ‘Educating Rita’, ‘Hannah and Her Sisters’, ‘The Dark Knight’ trilogy and subsequent Christopher Nolan films. Starting his career in the 60s, he is best known for his starring roles in the notable films such as ‘Zulu’, ‘Ipcress Fire’, ‘The Italian Job’, ‘Alfie’ and ‘Battle of Britain’. While the 70s saw the release of some of the best Michael Cane films such as ‘A Bridge too Far’, ‘The Man Who Would be King’, ‘Get Carter’ and ‘The Last Valley’.
However, the 80s turned out to be the best decade of Michael Caine’s career thus far, as he starred in some notable films such as ‘Educating Rita’ and ‘Hannah and Her Sisters’. He won a Golden Globe and an Academy Award for his roles in the films respectively. At the turn of the century, his frequent collaborations with Christopher Nolan brought him a worldwide recognition and some some great films including ‘The Dark Knight’ trilogy, ‘Inception’, ‘Interstellar’, ‘The Prestige’, ‘Children of Men’ and ‘Dunkirk’.
